81cents Report & Web Design

Launched in 2019

81cents is a early-stage start-up devoted to helping women negotiate for fair compensation. I was the Head of Design while at the start-up, working with a team of 6, as the sole designer.

I was responsible for designing all of 81cents design materials: the 81cents website, marketing collateral, and personalized client report template to encourage negotiating for fair compensation.

Above is a subset of templates I designed for the personalized client-facing report which was 81cents’ main product. The new report design and website design brought in about $5k in revenue for the company, ~230 negotiation mentors, ~110 clients, and over $800k in negotiated compensation for clients.
